木村　武史

筑波大学人文社会系教授、山口大学人文学部助教授、筑波大学准教授を経て現職。シカゴ大学Ph.D. 専門分野は宗教学、アメリカ研究。主要著書　編著『サステイナブルな社会を目指して』(2008年)、Religion, Science and Sustainability (2008年)、共著『現代文明の危機と克服：地域・地球的課題へのアプローチ』(2014年)。最近は、宗教と科学・技術の問題についても取り組んでいる。「アンドロイド研究者が宗教について語ることの意義」、『宗教研究』93, (2020), 「ロボット・AIと宗教についての序論的考察」、細田・津曲編『媒介物の宗教史』、リトン（2019）, “Masahiro Mori’s Buddhist philosophy of robot,” Paladyn, Journal of Behavioral Robotics 9 (2018), “Robotics and AI in the sociology of religion,” Social Compass 64 (1) (2017). その他、“The Beginning of a Long Journey: Maintaining and Reviving the Ancestral Religion among the Ainu in Japan,”　The Brill Handbook of Indigenous Religion(s): Pathways-Being, Becoming (2017)などがある。
